Auxiliary Factor Method to Remove ISI of Nyquist Filters

نویسندگان

چکیده

As has been known, the Nyquist first condition promises no intersymbol interference (ISI) as derived in frequency domain. However, practical implementation using FIR filter truncates Fourier transform by its window and prevents mathematical calculation from reaching ideal solution at zero-ISI. For obtaining better results, an increase window’s length is required general. To address this problem, a new approach presented auxiliary factors (AFs) to compensate shortcomings of truncated remove ISI completely, regardless length. In addition, performance presence timing jitter also improved significantly. The closed-form AFs effectiveness confirmed simulation results. Finally, problems transmission delay additional complexity are analysed.

A Method to Remove Nyquist Ghosts from Echo Planar Images (EPI) using UNFOLD

Introduction: Nyquist ghosts are a persistent artifact in echo planar imaging (EPI), and occur when data sampled along positive readout gradients and negative read-out gradients is inconsistent. There are many approaches to correct such artifacts including double-sampled (DS) EPI [1], 1D phase-correction with an algorithm developed by Ahn and Cho (AC) [2], 2D phase-mapping [3], and phase labeli...

Time to Remove Filters for Previously Unallocated IPv4 /8s

It has been common for network administrators to filter IP traffic from and BGP prefixes of unallocated IPv4 address space. Now that there are no longer any unallocated IPv4 /8s, this practise is more complicated, fragile, and expensive. Network administrators are advised to remove filters based on the registration status of the address space. This document explains why any remaining packet and...

Unscented Auxiliary Particle Filter Implementation of the Cardinalized Probability Hypothesis Density Filters

The probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter suffers from lack of precise estimation of the expected number of targets. The Cardinalized PHD (CPHD) recursion, as a generalization of the PHD recursion, remedies this flaw and simultaneously propagates the intensity function and the posterior cardinality distribution. While there are a few new approaches to enhance the Sequential Monte Carlo (S...

- Neighbourhood Median Filters to Remove Speckle Noise from CT – Images

Removal of noise from the medical images is very challenging in image processing. In recent years, technological development has improved significantly in analyzing medical imaging. This paper proposes different filtering techniques for the removal of speckle noise from CT medical images by topological approach. The filters are constructed based on metric topological neighbourhood. The quality ...

An Alternative Method to Remove Duplicate Tuples

The problem of performing database operations on parallel architectures has received much attention, both as applied and theoretical areas of research. Much of the attention has been focused on performing these operations on distributed-memory architectures, for example, a hyper-cube. Algorithms that perform, in particular, relational database operations on a hypercube typically exploit the hyp...
